According to the Malibu Surfside News, Woodside Natural Gas plans to revise the design of its proposed OceanWay LNG deepwater port by eliminating one of the two planned vessels that will transfer and regasify LNG from tankers positioned offshore. A spokesperson for Woodside said that the change in design would not decrease the project’s capacity by half, noting that the company has not yet determined the new import capacity for the revised design.
