In yesterday’s Federal Register, FERC announced that it intends to prepare an environmental assessment for a proposed natural gas pipeline that would connect the Gulf LNG import terminal to existing pipeline infrastructure. Comments are due to FERC by January 15, 2009. The Mobile Press-Register (Ala.) provides additional coverage.
