Maritimes & Northeast Pipeline has filed formal comments informing FERC that, if the proposed Quoddy Bay and/or Downeast LNG terminals are built, it would need to expand its pipeline capacity. Officials from Liberty, Maine, have submitted a letter to FERC questioning M&N’s reasoning. Waldo VillageSoup has the details. M&NP’s comments can be found in FERC Docket Nos. PF06-11 and PF06-13.
