FERC has approved Calypso U.S. Pipeline LLC’s request for a three-year extension of its March 24, 2007 deadline to build and commence services on a pipeline off the coast of Florida for importing regasified LNG. Calypso intends to connect the pipeline to either a proposed LNG terminal on Grand Bahama Island or another offshore Florida.
