FERC has given Sound Energy Solutions seven days to explain why the Commission should continue to evaluate the company’s application to develop its proposed Long Beach LNG terminal. The Long Beach Board of Harbor Commissioners last week decided not to lease land to SES for the planned facility. The Commission’s Jan. 31 letter may be found in the FERC e-Library in Docket No. CP04-58.
