Rep. Henry Waxman (D-Calif.) has expanded the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform’s probe into the Environmental Protection Agency’s reversal of its decision to require stricter air quality standards for BHP Billiton’s proposed Cabrillo Port LNG terminal. According to the committee website, Waxman sent a letter to BHP Billiton CEO Charles Goodyear requesting access to correspondence between the company and the White House and EPA officials.
