United Press International reports that H.R. 1564, a bill sponsored by U.S. Rep. Tim Bishop to block Broadwater Energy’s proposed terminal in Long Island Sound, also may affect several planned facilities off the Massachusetts Bay Estuary and in Louisiana’s Barataria-Terrebonne National Estuary.
