The Herald News (Fall River, Mass.) reports that a recently-formed environmental group, Citizens for Environmental Justice, will request a copy of the full agreement reached between Shell Oil Products US and Weaver’s Cove LNG regarding deed restrictions and future land use. If the companies do not show that their agreement meets all the deed restrictions, the group plans to bring the case before the state Land Court in Boston.
