Captain Roy Nash of the U.S. Coast Guard said in a letter to FERC released yesterday that the U.S. Coast Guard is continuing its National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) analysis of the Weaver’s Cove LNG small vessels proposal following its preliminary assessment released in May. The Coast Guard believes it has received all the necessary information from Weaver’s Cove and its Water Suitability Report will be forthcoming. Captain Nash’s letter to FERC is available in the FERC eLibrary under Docket No. CP04-36.
