In a letter to U.S. Senator Ron Wyden, FERC stated that it would extend the normal 45-day comment period on the Draft Environmental Impact Statement for the Bradwood Landing LNG project to 120 days. FERC Chairman Joseph Kelliher cites “complex Endangered Species Act issues” in making his decision. The letter is available under Docket No. CP06-365 in FERC’s eLibrary.
