Occidental Petroleum announced yesterday that 15% of LNG supplies for the Ingleside LNG terminal planned for Ingleside, Tex., would come from Nigeria. A vice president for Occidental went on to say that negotiations are underway to secure further suppliers, including Algeria’s Sonatrach, and that construction on the terminal will likely begin in early 2008.
