Oxy Still Pursuing LNG Supplies for Its Ingleside LNG Terminal

U.S. Occidental Petroleum (“Oxy”) told Reuters that before the company begins construction of its Ingleside LNG import terminal, it hopes to line up LNG supplies. Oxy has signed a supply contract with Nigerian LNG and a letter of intent with Algerian Sonatrach, but those supplies would total only half of the planned capacity for Ingleside LNG.
