Anne Arnudel (Md.) Circuit Court Judge Paul F. Harris Jr. ruled yesterday that the appeal filed by AES regarding its proposal to build an LNG terminal at Sparrows Point should be heard in a Baltimore County court. Arguing in favor of the transfer, one attorney for Baltimore County stated that Sparrows Point residents follow the LNG proposal closely and that a county judge would be better able to evaluate a county law and county project.
