The Daily Astorian reports that Gary Coppedge, senior vice president for the Bradwood Landing proposal, responded to allegations that project developer NorthernStar is trying to evade state and local permit processes. “We’re trying to say, ‘Whether we go through FERC or the county, we don’t care. Tell us who has the final authority,’” Coppedge said. Filings submitted by Clatsop County, the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality, the Department of Energy, and Department of Land Conservation & Development may be found in the FERC e-Library in Docket No. CP06-365.
