The president of Yellow Wood Associates, Shanna Ratner, whose organization produced a study examining the potential impacts of new LNG terminals near Passamaquoddy Bay, responded to Quoddy Bay LNG project manager Brian Smith’s recent op-ed criticizing the study. The op-ed is carried by The Bangor Daily News. [Access to archived articles requires a fee.]
