FERC has given North Baja preliminary approval for a three-phase expansion of its pipeline system in California and Arizona to accommodate LNG from Sempra’s planned Energia Costa Azul terminal in Mexico. The projected in-service dates are October 1, 2007, June 1, 2009, and January 1, 2010. FERC’s order is available in the FERC e-Library in Docket Nos. CP06-61-000 and CP01-23-003.
