The Lynn City Council last night postponed a vote on a proposed ordinance that would require KeySpan to fulfill certain security requirements before the city renews the company’s flammable liquids license. The Council will reconsider the measure on Nov. 14, after Keyspan concludes its investigation into a break-in at its LNG storage facility in Lynn, Mass. The Daily Item provides local coverage.
