Kerry Healey, who is among four candidates running for governor of Massachusetts, calls AES’ plan to build an LNG terminal on Outer Brewster Island “the least objectionable of the four proposals which I have seen so far,” citing the proposed facility’s distance from population centers and fishing grounds. According to The Patriot Ledger, the other gubernatorial candidates oppose the project.
