Out of more than a dozen LNG terminals proposed for the West Coast, only one or two terminals are likely to be developed, according to Hans Saeby, the president of Macquarie Cook Energy. Speaking at the Interchange Energy’s LDC Forum in Los Angeles, Saeby also said the West Coast is at risk of becoming a “swing market” as other markets compete for supply.
