FERC has denied a request by Delaware officials to reevaluate its decision to approve BP’s proposed Crown Landing LNG terminal in Logan Township, N.J. Delaware and the state’s Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control claimed that the agency ignored critical issues when approving the terminal.
