On Oct. 13, FERC Chairman Joseph Kelliher sent letters to Massachusetts Representatives Barney Frank and James McGovern regarding the proposed Weaver’s Cove LNG terminal. Kelliher stated that FERC is still considering the late motion of the U.S. Naval Lab to intervene, but noted that the Department of the Navy was aware of the project and participated in the Coast Guard meetings.
