On Wednesday, November 2, Washington Gas Light filed a supplemental protest and request for an evidentiary hearing in the Cove Point Expansion docket at FERC. WGL alleges that the increased receipts of LNG now, and as a result of the planned Cove Point expansion, will lead to more gas leaks in its pipeline distribution system in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
