A spokesperson for Tractabel LNG said the Btu content of LNG from Trinidad and Tobago, which is usually lower than that of LNG from other countries, will be temporarily higher because of a leak in the pipeline that normally carries propane away from the liquefaction plant. Linda Vitek said she does not anticipate any difficulties at the Tractabel LNG terminal in Everett, Mass. Yesterday’s Platts LNG Daily has the detailed report. [Subscription required]
