Finding that estimated vapor dispersion distances may extend beyond Crown Landing’s property line, FERC has issued a data request requiring Crown Landing demonstrate compliance with federal safety standards mandating dispersion exclusion zones at LNG facilities. The data request can be found in Docket No. CP04-411 at the FERC e-Library website.
