U.S. Rep. Allyson Y. Schwartz (D-Philadelphia) is spearheading a bill that requires the U.S. Coast Guard to perform a vulnerability assessment of “all elements” of Philadelphia Gas Works’ proposed Freedom Energy Center LNG terminal.
