Lambert Jr. is asking the state Executive Office of Environmental Affairs to end the Massachusetts Environmental Policy Act review of Weaver’s Cove or, in the alternative, force Hess to submit additional materials on the Brightman Street Bridge and the terminal’s failure to comply with the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act.
