An engineer at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology says Passamaquoddy Bay LNG plans exist for reasons other than the ones mentioned in a Dec. 10 opinion piece published by the Bangor Daily News. His op-ed is in Friday’s Bangor Daily News. [Access to archived articles requires a fee.]
