Sutherland served as tax counsel to Philip Morris International Inc. in its offering of $3.35 billion of U.S. dollar bonds. PMI had three issuances, one of which was a reopening of a prior issuance.  We also served as tax counsel to Philip Morris International, Inc. in connection with its May 2012 issuance of €750 million Notes due 2019, and €600 million Notes due 2024.
