Represented a chemical company that was threatened with antitrust claims by a licensee for road paving technology. We sued for license fees unpaid and faced the anticipated antitrust counterclaims. Both sets of claims were tried to a jury in West Virginia, and we prevailed. Our verdict was affirmed by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. 812 F. 2d 1400 (4th Cir. 1987).
