Description
Sutherland served as lead counsel representing an above-ground mechanical contractor in claims against a turbine supplier/EPC contractor arising out of the construction of a 535 MW 2x1 combined cycle power plant in the western United States. The case settled in mediation after limited depositions, and our client received an eight-figure payment (80% of their contract claim) and paid nothing on the opposing party’s counterclaim.
