This program will provide a wide array of useful information on state income, franchise and sales/use tax issues. The presentations include: a lightning round discussion of bedrock state tax principles; sales tax automation and pitfalls; constitutional issues, policy and accounting for combined income tax filings; states’ ability to adjust income and expenses; Texas legislative, policy and administrative update; and state tax accounting. This program will provide timely information to state tax professionals with entry level to moderate experience, or those wishing a refresher.
