Program on Education Policy and Governance Conference
Rocco Testani and Al Lindseth, both partners in the Litigation group, spoke at a conference on education adequacy. The conference, "Adequacy Lawsuits: Their Growing Impact on American Education," was sponsored by the Program on Education Policy and Governance and took place at the Taubman Building at the J. F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
Rocco chaired a panel that discussed the legal theory of adequacy and the impact of adequacy litigation on America's schools.
Al was a member of a panel titled "The Role of the Courts: Opportunities and Limitations."
