North American Power Credit Organization May 2006 Meeting

May 18 - May 19, 2006

Sutherland will be hosting the North American Power Credit Organization (NAPCO) May 2006 Meeting from May 18 to May 19 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Houston, Texas.  Founded in 1997, NAPCO provides a forum for networking and education regarding current credit issues in the wholesale energy industry.  The organization holds three meetings per year in cities throughout North America facilitated by an independent third party to allow for compliance with federal anti-trust regulations.  Each meeting contains a business meeting, education, and networking component spread over two days.

Event speakers include Sutherland attorneys Andrew Soto, Harlan Murphy and Paul Turner, who will be covering the Energy Policy Act of 2005, the Future of the Wholesale Power Markets and Legal Developments Impacting the Wholesale Energy Markets.
