Fraud in Trademark Cases: Impact of the Bose Case

Sutherland is a proud sponsor of the IP Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia’s program, Fraud in Trademark Cases: Impact of the Bose Case, being held April 23, 2010, from noon to 1:00 p.m. in the Tuttle Courtroom in Sutherland’s Atlanta office.  Sutherland attorney James H. Johnson is moderating the program, which will be presented by Gerard F. Rogers, Acting Chief Judge of the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) of the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).  Acting Chief Judge Rogers will give an overview of the USPTO’s reaction to the Bose Decision.
