Krupka is speaking at the Futures Industry Association's 30th Annual Law & Compliance Division Workshop, May 7-9, 2008, in Baltimore, Maryland. Catherine is presenting as part of a panel entitled "Energy and Agriculture: What's Old is New Again." This session will review recent developments in the U.S. energy markets, including recent legislative initiatives, enforcement actions by the CFTC and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, and industry developments. The session will also discuss issues faced in new commodities markets such as renewable energy products and carbon trading, as well as the recent growth in the trading of agricultural commodities.
