ACC Houston Chapter: Law Department Best Practices Luncheon

Sutherland Partner Mark D. Herlach is speaking at the ACC Houston Chapter Law Department Best Practices Luncheon, May 16, 2012 in Houston, Texas. The program, titled "International Trade: New Challenges for Corporate Counsel," examines the importation of parts and supplies, the export of goods and services, and the guidelines for acceptable conduct to win business.

A member of Sutherland’s Energy and Environmental Practice Group, Mark is an international lawyer who concentrates his practice on energy, international trade and cross-border transactions. Plus, he advises clients on foreign investment strategy and global compliance practices.
