The Center for Business Intelligence’s 3rd Annual Pharma/Biotech Tax and Transfer Pricing Congress

Simonetti is speaking at The Center for Business Intelligence’s 3rd Annual Pharma/Biotech Tax and Transfer Pricing Congress, November 17-18, 2008, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Marc is leading a pre-conference workshop entitled Tax Strategy for Business Combinations and Collaborative Agreements. The workshop will include a review of industry deal activity and top deals within various sectors; the tax due diligence process; tax planning in structuring acquisitions and transactions; and state tax considerations for mergers and acquisitions.

This Congress addresses the tax and transfer pricing issues facing the life sciences industry. Attendees will receive information on the latest tax rulings; available tax credits for R&D companies; and legislative developments impacting state, federal and global taxation.
