2010 American Law Institute-American Bar Association Conference on Life Insurance Company Products

Sutherland Partner Stephen E. Roth is the Co-Planning Chair for the October 28-29, 2010, ALI-ABA Conference on Life Insurance Company Products at the Hyatt Regency in Washington, D.C. Sutherland Partner W. Mark Smith will present on "Pension Market and ERISA Developments," and Partner Mary Jane Wilson-Bilik will present on "Annuity Disclosure Developments."

The conference is an annual event for lawyers, industry executives and compliance and government relations professionals who need to stay abreast of key developments affecting the creation, distribution, marketing or administration of life insurance and annuity products and underlying mutual fund investments.
