Jim will present “Global Perspective on Cease and Desist Letters: How to Avoid Declaratory Judgment Actions and Unjustified Threats.” This program will focus on drafting warning letters (1) to maximize your likelihood of getting the infringer to “cease and desist;” and (2) to minimize the likelihood of being a defendant and violating regulations.
