Paul and Susan are presenting "State & Federal Energy Policy – What is on the Horizon." Attendees will learn about the state and federal level energy initiatives that will impact the building and real estate industries in the near and long-term future. The discussion will focus on governmental policies that have been or will be adopted in the areas of energy efficiency, energy conservation and global warming. These policies will result in new regulations that will shape the manner in which business will be conducted. Emphasis will be placed on New Jersey's Energy Master Plan, the recently enacted Global Warming Response Act, and the Waxman-Markey and similar bills that are now pending in Washington.
The Online Green Building Expo is a three-day virtual conference.
